Garment Technology Expo (GTE)

Garment Technology Expo’s flagship event, GTE New Delhi, is held annually in spring. Launched in 2001 with 87 participants and 4,700 visitors, the event has grown significantly over 33 editions. By 2016, the expo hosted 327 participants representing over 800 companies and brands from 22 countries, attracting more than 21,000 trade visitors. Despite sluggish market conditions, the show saw a nearly 10% increase in both participation and visitation compared to the previous edition.

• Segments Covered: Latest technology machines, machine spares & consumables, infrastructure setup, latest processes & systems, raw materials, trimmings & embellishments, logistics & packaging solutions, trade communication, and documentation services.
• Attendees: The biggest industry show in the subcontinent, GTE New Delhi attracts manufacturers, exporters, institutions, and other volume consumers. Key attendees include Owners, CEOs, MDs, Production Heads, designers, technical supervisors, and shop floor managers who visit to see, compare, and negotiate deals for new machinery and to update themselves on new technologies and innovations.
• Exhibitor Loyalty: Nearly 85% of the participants from the initial editions continue to exhibit at the show, showcasing the latest machines, processes, new innovations, product launches, product upgrades, live demonstrations, and new materials.
