Call for Papers: 27th International Symposium on Wireless Personal Multimedia Communications (WPMC 2024)

The 27th International Symposium on Wireless Personal Multimedia Communications (WPMC 2024) invites researchers, scientists, engineers, and practitioners to submit their original research contributions to the symposium. The theme of this year's symposium is "Secure 6G – AI Nexus: Where Technology Meets Humanity," emphasizing the increasing importance of secure and intelligent wireless communication systems. 6G and AI are not just technological advancements but have the potential to transform the way we interact with each other and technology.

About WPMC: The WPMC symposia series were inaugurated in 1998 as a global platform to enable collaboration in the field of wireless information. Held in Asia, Europe, and America, WPMC has established itself as a unique global conference dedicated to wireless multimedia convergence. This year, the 27th WPMC will be held at Sharda University, Greater Noida (NCR-Delhi), India, on 17-20 November 2024.

Scope: The symposium will focus on the latest advances in wireless personal multimedia communications, including but not limited to:

  • Communication Spectrum and Technologies
  • AI-Enabled Wireless Networks
  • Applications, Testbed, Use Cases, and 6G Planning
  • Security, Privacy, and Ethics
  • Sensor Networks and Smart Applications
  • Robotic Networking and Automation
  • Public, Private, Policy, and Governance

Submission Guidelines: Prospective authors are invited to submit their original contributions in the form of technical papers, poster papers, or demonstration proposals. All submissions must be written in English and must not exceed the specified page limit.

  • Technical papers: maximum 5 pages, including figures and references.
  • Demonstration/poster proposals: maximum 2 pages, including figures and references.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by three independent reviewers. Accepted papers will be published in the symposium proceedings and will be eligible for presentation at the symposium. The selected papers will be published in the special issue of Springer’s Wireless Personal Communications (WPC). We look forward to receiving your submissions and welcoming you to WPMC.
